Steganography

hello, I have a challenge from the steganography category, I have a text file with pokemon names and I have to find out what it is, this is the first challenge from this section so it shouldn’t be difficult but by some miracle I am not able to cope with it, I cant find a flag. [prefix must by - FLAG("some text here")]

The content is: We found a mysterious file on the server. Do you have any idea what it might be?

Somebody know how to do this or have some ideas??

Maybe taking their pokedex numbers, i can see that some names are redundant, such as Mew in the beginning. As they are all from gen 1, they should only be from 1 - 151, thus being into the 0-255 range.

Also, i don’t like having to view websites that are seen as malicious, how does it ends up flagged as such in the first place ? (I want backstory)
