Cryptanalysis

Hey guys !

I think I found the key (using this permutation, I’ve got a bigram IC very close to 0.074).
However, the text doesn’t make any sense when I try to substitute bigrams to latin letters.

Can someone who achieved this challenge send me a private message to tell me if I really have the right key ?
