Im struggling to find a hidden word in the image attached. Please could someone help? what tools were used to find the hidden word?

there is a barcode in the lower right corner of the picture, you can simply screen it with a tool like lightshot and then with an online tool get the information (e.g. this) .
You will then have to translate it in plain text in order to get the real message.
