Programmierung

its about the challenge:

"IRC - Go back to college"

My Programm is Working an the Math is right. I think I have a problem with the formating from the answer.
Acording to the task the Format is
!ep1 -Rep . as private message so my string to send is: PRIVMSG Candy !eq1 -rep " + answer.ToString().Replace(’,’,’.’) # one assumtion was that the comma is a dot but i’m not shure

Can somebody please help me with the format / variable string?
As far as I know its forbidden to post my code ,because it would be leaking a solution.
The Picture of the executing code should be no problem
