what should i do with the given file ? i extracted the zip and receive an ovf file and vmdk file .
the statement is " Your company has lost access to an old server, unfortunately it contains important files, it is up to you to find them. "
Should i virtual up the VMDK file ? but what to do with the ovf ? so hard for a newbie like me

if I’m not late.......Create a VM with given files (OVF - or OVA - are files to export VM detail - VMDK is the HD defined inside the previous file format) then boot with a live distro and start to investigate 🙂
