Just wanted to ask whether we can attempt the same question even after we have solved it.

I solved this question yesterday but I got the idea of making my own code library for these challenges, so I refactored my code, but I am getting the following
“:irc.hackerzvoice.net 421 H4cK_mE PONG=RFC145 :Unknown command”
Needed to clarify whether this is because we can’t take a challenge more than once.
