150 students registered in less than 20 hours at the CTF, 300 people expected for the associated conferences:
HackSecuReims 2023 is approaching ..., the organizers are on the alert and the Root-Me PRO team is by their side for this 6th edition! 🔥

Organized by the Master Réseaux Télécoms of Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne and SAFIR-URCA, the event is open to all high school and university students and will take place on March 24th and 25th at the UFR Sciences Exactes et Naturelles of Reims.

Their CTF team OteriHack is now coached by a distinguished member of the Root-Me Community: Podalirius, former member of the Capgemini Aces of Spades.

Their training will include:

• 2 x 3 hours of training per month on various topics: forensic, hardware, pwn, web, ...
• An intense human adventure with 12 CTFs between April 2023 and April 2024.
• If you want to join an ambitious team and above all a great human adventure while following the cybersecurity work-study training at Oteria, applications for the September 2023 shool year are open.

Get ready to fight against the group of pirate-monkey hackers! 👨‍💻🐒

What is ZiTF? This is a Capture the Flag #CTF-style cybersecurity competition. At the origin of the project: 3 engineering school students experienced in this type of competition, who have given themselves the challenge of creating their own within their school, with a great desire to share and a touch of fantasy as a bonus. 🤟🔥

At Root-Me we appreciate this enthusiasm, and we are delighted to be at their side for this second edition!

How’s it going to work? :
This CTF will be at a beginner/intermediate level with a face-to-face/distance format: Open to all students remotely, accessible to ISIMA students in person.
It will include about thirty challenges in various categories (web, crypto, OSINT, reverse, forensic, misc etc.).
The CTF will take place on Saturday, March 11th, both remotely and on location on the ISIMA Campus in Clermont-Ferrand.
