Web - Server

I was doing this challenge at this website http://challenge01.root-me.org/web-serveur/ch31/?action=login
I know it is probably extremely easy but the only programming languages I know are Java and Python and I have never done SQL or HTML or anything like that before. I am supposed to use SQL injection to get the password for the admin. None of the tutorials online make any sense to me. Can someone please explain how they got the password?

try using sqlmap and read a bit in to sql. i can only program in html, batch, vbs and javascript. i hope sqlmap helps
