Since we have the server.pem
means we have public & private keys
I bet that we need just to use them on wireshark to decrypt traffic ?

I’m working on this - however with the work so far, I have decrypted, but believe there are extra steps to perform? to extract the information
Does anyone have a resource I can read to learn more on this

(trying not to give it away for anyone)  🙂

Hi everyone,

I got a problem with the pcap file.
It is encrypted as i can’t follow the TCP stream but there is no SSL in the frames.

Do you know how I could decrypt the tcp stream as I retrieved the server.pem file.
I tried this (https://wirewatcher.wordpress.com/2010/07/20/decrypting-ssl-traffic-with-wireshark-and-ways-to-prevent-it/) to decrypt the TCP stream but it doesn’t work.
I don’t kow what I can do then. 😕

Any hints? Or a good way to use Wireshark?

@asdfasdf Try some website with inurl:server.pem That means Google look for server.pem in the subdomain.

You can easily configure this issue with managed Hosting, just by installing WordPress SSLplugin and you will get it http to https secured.
