Well, hope you are fine..
Good, i have analyzed the pcap file and have seen there is something common in the encryption. I searched in internet and found out a format
that has the similarity and nearly the equality to this one. But not every line has the luxury to deserve that. Maybe it is a code for mobiles. I am not sure but i dare tipping with my finger onto this headline for now.

This challenge is not so easy.
