Steganography

Hi all,

I managed to decode the whole file with the clue "=". I have read all the contents and i know there are possibilities to jump from one encoding to the other one. I have written piece of code which has failure tolerance. That means if the one is not appreciated then jump to to the next one and try it once again.
Sniff, no output. I have seen there are locations which has not been decoded. I think there are other ways to get that damned issue somehow managed. Is there anything i missed ...
