How do I come to know whether I’m blocked or not?

I keep getting a connection time out error.

Only reason you could be blocked (temporarily) is if you made many many requests to the servers, for instance by bruteforcing a flag.
Otherwise it’s a network error on your end.

Seems it was only a temporary block. Thanks a heap!
