Steganography

I get its something to do with dots, but getting the letters or words doesn’t seem to help. Any hints where exactly should i be looking ? The image as viewed or it should be converted to edited in a different way ? And does recognizing the french phrase give up any hint ?

All that I can tell you is, just try to figure out what is the "problem" with this text, it is not written as everyone would write a normal text.
Some specific punctuation is used : look at the title of the challenge.
Even if you do not know french, if you find the logic behind it, then it’s not a problem.

Some hints seem to suggest the flag is hidden in the (raw) file dots. Ech0, you seem to be talking about the literal text. I ... think we’re talking about the text, and its dots (periods) and newlines? Maybe?

The answer is quite simple and only require you to look at the picture. If you start to calculate things then it is not the right way. You do not have to convert anything.
