I think there have a bug in this test .
i write the python code and get the ...ch8 response ,
and decode base64 and save the picture ,
and image-to-string get the code .

but ,,,,
when i run python ,,, get the first response ,
all times , every time , the response told me "too late"?!!!!
impossible bro , python run so quick ? why too late?!

solved by myself , i have to said .... this challenge is not good

I have exactly the same problem , can you give me a hint where is the problem here? Or did we take the wrong way to solve it...is it easier than i thought?
