Steganography

Hi All ,
I am newbie and I am trying to solve first challenge. I looked at cookies, html codes but I could not find anything. Moreover, I saved image and open it as plaintext. Still I could not find solution. Can somebody give me a clue ?
(I hope I do not give any spoiler).

Just open your eyes ! no tool is needed !

No Tools required just need to focus on the given image, you will get your answer...................

so, what is the answer

HINT: just analyze the image, as in look at it, as in ZOOM IN and look around. This is the most basic technique for steg.

i dont have any idea how to solve this challenge i think it’s very hard to get the pass
PS: i dont even know where should i start from
any ideas ?

Oh jeez, lesson learned.

Well maybe it’s me but I found where the password was located very quickly ... and then I spent 20 minutes trying different combinations until I used Photoshop to change opacity. Without any tool there is just no way for me to read the password. It just looks like a mess of pixels. IMO the challenge could be a bit more polished and hints given about not using tools are misleading.
