App - Script

Hi,
I’ve been looking for the solution for few days and I can’t solve it.
I’ve tried several things such as creating a bash script called ls where I execute a cat on .passwd in /tmp and add /tmp to PATH but it says that I don’t have permission to execute cat.
Do you have a clue or somewhere to look at ?
