CTF all the day

Hi,

I created virtual lab with VMs using VMware. One of them is "metasploitable" . in Kali linux i typed

I used Host-only configuration for metasploitable and when i typed (in metasploitable platform $) ifconfig i do not see the IP address.

How can i use Kali linux to evoke nslookup on metasploit ?
