Steganography

Hello,

I’m in trying my luck with a CTF wherein there is a steganography challenge.

I’m given the attached png of a donkey, and have successfully extracted a dog.png, but i need to dig deeper and extract more information from this dog.png.

I’ve tried a lot of different thing to get some kind of information out of this picture but none of them have worked.

Some of the things i’ve put the dog.png through is stegsolve.jar, including all of its different pictures, and some of its LSB/MSB extracting. With zsteg i’ve run a full analysis of the picture and pulled extracted some of the more promising detections, none with any actual data in it.

Is there anyone more experienced who is willing to take a look? My best guess it that there is some LSB decoded picture within the first 1/3 og the picture, since there is some obvious corruption going on.

Any help or tip would be greatly appreciated :)
